About Our Client: The employer is one of Asia Pacific’s largest beverage entities, whose products are among the most recognized on Earth.  This business entity alone employs more than 1,000 dedicated employees supplying drinking products that serve 80 million people.  This is a very important subsidiary of the World’s largest and most famous beverage group.  

The Position: The CFO is an important business partner supporting the CEO and the top management team.  He/she will take care of a great specialized finance team.  This position is considered strategically important enjoying a high performance exposure and a good career path within the global business group. The ideal candidate should have the following competencies:

Functional Leadership
• Solid experience of the finance basics including accounting, treasury, tax, control, tax planning and International Accounting Standards.
• Understanding of international accounting policies (IFRS or US GAAP), budgeting, taxation, finance, treasury and risk management practices (Basel II), reflected by successful experience in the various aspects of the finance and accounting function.
• Solid experience and knowledge in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture development, divestment etc. Experience in working with external parties in financial transactions and key financial decisions.

Team Leadership
• Ability to build, lead and motivate an effective finance team.
